Vyosha is an Ayurvedic blend of three spices known for their digestive and respiratory benefits: Black pepper (Piper nigrum), Long pepper (Piper longum), and Ginger (Zingiber officinale). It supports digestion, respiratory health and immunity.

Dosage
For Vyoshaadi Kashaayam, the dose is 12.5 ml twice daily with three times as much lukewarm water, one hour before food. For common cold, Vyoshadi Vatakam can be used in a dosage of one teaspoon thrice daily during acute onset of the coryza. Long pepper dried powder: 200-mg concentration, one and-a-half grams two to three times per day (larger amounts–up to 30 grams per day–may be used if cooked for two hours). It is crucial to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for appropriate dosage and usage.
