Varuna (Crataeva nurvala) is an Ayurvedic herb renowned for supporting urinary and kidney health. Its bark, leaves, and root bark are employed in various formulations. Preparation methods
- Decoction (Kwath): Boil 10-20 grams of Varuna root bark in 200-400 ml of water until the volume reduces to 50-100 ml. Filter and consume.
