Riddhi (Riddhi (Vriddhi))
Riddhi (Habenaria intermedia) is a rejuvenating herb used in Ayurveda, known for its potential benefits in improving sleep quality, antimicrobial activity, and immunomodulatory effects. It is a rare orchid species found in the Himalayas and is a component of the Ashtavarga group of rejuvenating medicinal herbs and Chyawanprash.

Dosage
Tuber Powder: 1–2 g twice daily, mixed in warm water or milk; Decoction: 3–5 g dried tubers simmered in 200 ml water for 15–20 minutes; consume 100–150 ml before bedtime; Fresh Paste: 5–10 g crushed fresh tubers blended with honey, taken in teaspoons for acute cramps or cough; Standardized Extract: 5:1 ethanol extract, 300 mg capsules once daily; Children: Half the adult dose (0.5–1 g powder) and under supervision
