Clinical evidence

The clinical evidence for Laksha's therapeutic uses in humans is relatively limited, with most studies being preclinical. Numerous animal studies have demonstrated that Laksha or its constituents can promote osteogenesis, accelerate fracture healing, and improve biomechanical strength. It also exhibits significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antioxidant properties in preclinical models. Proposed mechanisms include modulating growth factors involved in bone repair, influencing calcium and phosphorus metabolism, and scavenging free radicals. While some traditional uses are supported by preclinical findings, robust human clinical trials are scarce, and further rigorous investigation is needed to confirm efficacy and safety in humans.
