Kubjaka (Kubjaka)

Dosage

For aging skin, a reported dose is 1.5 g orally twice daily.

Preparation methods
- Essential Oil: Distilled from petals. Dilute 1-3 drops in 10 mL carrier oil for topical application.
- Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Oil: Cold-pressed from rosehip to retain fatty acids and vitamins.
- Rose Hip Powder: Dried hips milled into powder.
- Rose Hip Syrup: Hips can be used to make syrups.
